Hall County rezoning calendar

The short answer

Preview of the Rezoning Calendar.

Decision tool · Rezoning Calendar

When could your rezoning be heard?

Choose the jurisdiction and the date your complete application could be filed. The planner finds the next published filing deadline and the hearings it feeds, from each board's own schedule, and saves the dates to your calendar.

Not sure? Look the parcel up on the Gainesville-Hall County GIS or read who decides.

Dates come only from the schedules each body publishes. Where a schedule does not say which deadline feeds which hearing, we list the dates without pairing them.

Pick the jurisdiction and your filing date to see the next deadline and the hearings it feeds. The published schedules are below.

Unincorporated Hall County

Hall County reinstated its Planning Commission on Nov 1, 2026. Rezonings and special uses get a commission hearing and recommendation, then the Board of Commissioners decides.
